Cate brings warmth, humor and a life's experience of movement training, somatic exploration and embodied anatomy to her classes and private sessions. She began, at 14 years old addressing her advancing scoliosis through stretching and dancing which led her to study with prominent movement lineages and bodywork teachers in NYC: Nancy Topf, Bonnie B. Cohen and Genny Kapuler, to name a few.
